Hey All! Let me introduce myself, I’m Jenn - A Dual Licensed Therapist in West Omaha, licensed in both Massage Therapy and Cosmetology. I earned my Cosmetology license in 2010, shortly after having baby #4. I was fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom for my first career but as the kids got older, I started searching for my next adventure. I learned previously while working in the salon how fulfilled I felt after completing a set of extensions, seeing my client’s persona change right before me. I wanted to be able to do more for my clients. After some searching, I settled on Omaha School of Massage to earn my Massage Therapy License, where I learned the basics of massage therapy. Since graduating I have continued learning from peers with years of experience in the industry as well as taking courses and learning techniques for deep tissue, swedish, assisted stretching, TMJD/jaw release, lymphatic drainage, and trigger point therapy, as well as still working within cosmetology doing waxing and lash extensions. We at Body and Beauty know that no two clients or conditions are alike, so we’ve come up with the “Collective,” which is a hybrid deep tissue/sports massage, where we use our collective knowledge and techniques such as active resist & release, gua sha and more to find out what works best to help your body feel its best. Combining my specialties under both licenses my goal is to help clients to feel restored in multiple areas. I love continuing to add to my knowledge to be able to provide my clients with higher quality services and give them superior results. I look forward to finding out how I can best assist you.
