The Collective is a results-focused session created for clients with specific concerns they’re ready to work through. Whether you’re dealing with ongoing pain, stubborn tension, or recurring tight spots, this session is designed to help identify patterns, address problem areas, and support longer-lasting relief. Rather than a standard relaxation flow, your massage is customized in real time using my full collective knowledge, modalities, and tools to assess what’s going on and work into targeted areas. Feedback may be needed to help get to the root of the issue and guide the session as we go. Sessions may be more focused than full-body. Deep pressure is included if requested. • Complimentary C.B.D. lotion available upon request (please notify prior to session). • Cupping, scraping, and vibration may be used as part of your session unless you opt out.

Restorative Ashiatsu Massage is a slow, deeply therapeutic session using supported barefoot pressure to deliver broad, grounding compression into deeper muscle layers. Overhead bars are used for balance & control, allowing for consistent, effective deep work with less discomfort than traditional hands-on techniques. This massage is ideal for chronic tension, tight hips & legs, back pain, & clients who love deeper pressure with a nervous-system-friendly flow. It offers the perfect balance of targeted therapeutic work & deep relaxation, using slow, intentional strokes that begin broad & soothing, then move into more specific areas as the body softens & allows for deeper release. Pressure & focus are fully customized. Sessions may be full-body or more focused depending on your goals & length of session.

A prenatal massage is similar to a swedish massage – it is intended to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation & mobility, & overall make you feel good. At B|B we ask that you check with your physician before scheduling a Prenatal massage. **Masssages are done side-lying**
